Some people are having problems when trying to register their profile on MouseMingle.com.
A common issue is that the profile image they select never loads.
When you upload a profile image, if the picture is large, it can take a minute or two to upload and process - but there's no spinner or other notification that the webpage is actually doing anything.
Another option is that the Postal Code field doesn't get properly populated.
Possible Solutions:
- Check the image file size. If it's bigger than 1mb, it will take longer to upload the process.
- Try using a different, smaller image - just to get through registration. You can always change it later.
- Use an image resizing tool to keep the dimensions and quality, but reduce the file size, then try again.
- After entering your ZIP/Postal Code, wait for the location to display immediately below the field, then select the location name.
